שושני ווניל.

עוגיות של פעם שניתן לקנות בכל מרכול ארוזות או במשקל, אלא שההבדל בטעם לאלו שתכינו בבית זה כמו ההבדל בין

סוסיתא למרצדס…

המצרכים מתאימים לכמות של כ-35 עוגיות

לבצק:

200 גרם חמאה, קרה וחתוכה לקוביות

1/2 2  כוסות קמח

1 שקית אבקת אפייה

3 חלמונים (בהמשך נשתמש בחלבונים למלית)

1/2 כוס חלב

למלית:

3 חלבונים

3/4 כוס סוכר

1 חב' אינסטנט פודינג וניל

וכעת להכנה:

לקערת המיקסר מכניסים את קוביות החמאה,

את הקמח ואת אבקת האפייה.

לשים עד קבלת בצק פירורי.

מוסיפים  את החלמונים ואת החלב ולשים לקבלת בצק נעים.

יוצרים מהבצק כדור, עוטפים ביילון נצמד ומכניסים למקרר כשעתיים. ( מינימום שעתיים וניתן גם להשאיר במקרר לילה שלם )

לאחר מכן מחלקים את הבצק לשלושה כדורים.

מניחים כל כדור על נייר אפייה מקומח ומרדדים למלבן של 20X40

מניחים בצד ונגשים להכין את המלית:

מקציפים את החלבונים במהירות בינונית,

כעבור שלוש דקות מוסיפים את הסוכר בדרג איטית ככל שניתן עד לקבלת קצפת מבריקה ויציבה.

מוסיפים את האינסטנט פודינג ממשיכים עוד כמה סיבובים ועוצרים.

בשלב הזה ניתן לחמם את התנור ל 180 מעלות ומתחילים להכין את העוגיות לפני האפייה:

על כל מלבן בצק שרידדנו קודם, מורחים שליש מכמות הקצפת ומשטחים.

מגלגלים לרולדה כך עושים לשלוש המלבנים עם המלית.

מניחים לידנו תבנית עם נייר אפייה. מעט ספריי שמן.

עם סכין חדה ככל שניתן פורסים מהרולדה פרוסות ומשכיבים כל פרוסה בתבנית האפייה.

לאחר שמלאנו את התבנית.

מכניסים לתנור ומנמיכים ל 170 מעלות ואופים כעשרים וחמש דקות עד להזהבה קלה ויפה.

לא לשרוף אותן הם הכי טעימות שהן לא ממש זהובות.

מצננים על רשת

בוזקים מעט אבקת סוכר ומגישים באהבה.
