המצרכים הדרושים להכנת הנשנוש המדהים הזה:

300 גרם אטריות ביצים / פסטה

כף גדושה של מלח

חצי כוס שמן זית

כפית תבלין גריל עוף

פרמז'ן

ומים.

בסיר גדול נביא לרתיחה מים עם הכף מלח.

כשרותח נשפוך פנימה את האטריות / הפסטה

כשהם מגיעים למצב של כמעט מוכן או בשפה המקצועית…אל דנטה.

מוציאים מהמים, מסננים טוב טוב.

מעבירים לקערה, שופכים מעל את חצי כוס שמן הזית.

מערבבים ונותנים לזה לנוח חצי שעה.

בנתיים מדליקים ומחממים תנור על 230 מעלות.

כעבור חצי שעה מתבלים את הפסטה בכפית תבלין גריל עוף.

מעל מגרדים פרמז'ן בנדיבות.

מערבבים.

מרפדים תבנית בנייר אפייה.

מפזרים את הפסטה על התבנית ומכניסים לתנור.

כשמזהיב יפה מוציאים, מצננים ומגישים.

הזמן בתנור משתנה בהתאם  לסוג האטריות / פסטה ואיכות התנור.

אצלי זה היה מוכן כעבור 18 דקות.
