קדאיף ביתי מושלם.

ראשית נזהיב  את  שערות הקדאיף.

אגב יש בוואקום ויש במקררים בכל סופר. עדיף ומומלץ אלו שבמקררים. הם הרבה יותר טריים וטובים.

אז לוקחים חבילה, פותחים, מפוררים וחותכים עם סכין חדה ושוב מפוררים הכל לקערה.

מניחים מעל כ-100 גרם חמאה מומסת ומערבבים טוב טוב.

מרפדים תבנית בנייר אפייה, מפזרים את שערות הקדאיף

ומכניסים לתנור שחומם מראש על 200 מעלות.

עדיף לחלק  את הכמות לפעמיים. קל יותר לשלוט  בערבוב וההזהבה שלהם.

חשוב שלא יישרפו ולכן כל רגע לבדוק מה קורה. זה עניין ששל דקות ספורות.

לאחר שסיימנו וכל שערות הקדאיף זהובות. מניחים בקערה  בצד

וממשיכים למלית העוגה.

בקערה גדולה מכניסים:

500 גרם גבינה לבנה 5%

מיכל שמנת חמוצה

4 כפות אינסטנט פודינג ווניל,

2 כפות קורנפלור

כפית סוכר ווניל

כפית תמצית ווניל

4 כפות סוכר

ומערבבים טוב טוב טוב למרקם חלק ואחיד.

מניחים בצד ועוברים לקערה חדשה.

אליה נכניס:

750 מיליגרם שמנת מתוקה

4 כפות סוכר

4 כפות אינסטנט  פודינג ווניל

ומקציפים לקבלת קצפת יציבה.

לאחר שקבלנו קצפת יציבה, מקפלים אותה לתוך בלילת הגבינות ויוצרים את מלית העוגה.

כעת להרכבה:

בתבנית עגולה “26 או מלבנית 30X40

מפזרים חצי מכמות שערות הקדאיף.

מעל יוצקים את הקרם הלבן והמתוק.

מיישרים ומפזרים מלמעלה את שארית שערות הקדאיף.

מכסים בניילון נצמד ולמקרר ללילה  לפחות.
