הכמויות במתכון מתאימים ל -16 פיתות שומשום נדירות

קילו קמח לבן

6 כפות סוכר

50 גרם שמרים יבשים

3 כוסות מים פושרים

3/4 כוס שמן

כף מחוקה של מלח

ולהכנה

במיקסר עם וו לישה שמים את כל המצרכים  היבשים מלבד המלח ומערבבים טוב טוב לאבקה אחידה.

לאחר מכן מוסיפים את השמן ואת המים ולשים שלוש דקות ואז מוסיפים את המלח וממשיכים ללוש כחמש דקות נוספות.

לאחר מכן מוציאים את הבצק שהפך רך ונעים למגע. מכניסים אותו לקערה משומנת

מכסים בניילון נצמד ומעל הניילון הנצמד מכסים במגבת ונותנים לזה לתפוח כשעה. אם מכינים בערב או בימים קרים, ניתן לפתוח את דלת התנור, להדליק אותו על 50 מעלות ולהניח את הקערה על הדלת.

כעבור כשעה שהבצק הכפיל את עצמו מעבירים את הבצק למשטח עבודה. יוצרים נקניק שממנו פורסים 16 חלקים.

כל חלק מכדררים לכדור ומניחים בצד.

כשסיימנו עוטפים הכל במגבת שלא יתקבל כרום יבש על פני הבצק.

מוציאים כדור אחד. משטחים עם מערוך לגודל פיתה ועם קורצן או  צלחת יוצרים את גודל וצורת  הפיתה ועוברים לכדור הבא. כך עד שמסיימים ליצור 16 פיתות מאותם 16 כדורים.

כעת לוקחים קורצן קטן יותר ואיתו יוצרים חור עגול בכל פיתה

מחממים תנור ל-200 מעלות ומרפדים תבנית  בנייר אפייה.

במגש או על נייר אפייה מפזרים כ-200 גרם שומשום

בקערה קטנה טורפים ביצה

ועם מברשת מברישים את כל הפיתות.

לאחר שכל הפיתות "צבועים" בביצה. הופכים כל פיתה על משטח השומשום להדבקות כמה שיותר שומשום ואז הופכים לתבנית המרופדת.

ממלאים תבנית ומכניסים לתנור

כעבור כ 14 דקות זה מתחיל להזהיב וזה הזמן להוציא אותן מהתנור

 

כך עושים עם שאר הפיתות וכשיוצא מהתנור מעבירים לרשת לקירור
