פוקצ'ה ביתית מושלמת.

זה בצק שתופח במקרר  בערך 5 שעות, לכן חשוב להתארגן לפני שרוצים לאכול את הפחמימה הנדירה הזו.

אגב זה בסיס מעולה להכנת פיצה. זה הבצק המושלם לפיצה, פוקצ'ה וכל סוג של לחם שטוח.

להכנת 4 פוקצ'ות  גדולות צריך

קילו קמח

700 מיליגרם מים

50 גרם שמרים

4 כפות סוכר

כף גדושה של מלח

שמן זית

שומשום / קצח / תערובת גרעינים / מלח גס / כל מה שבא לכם כולל גבינות, ירקות וכו'.

ראשית לקערת המיקסר נכניס:

קילו קמח, 700 מילילטר מים ועל מהירות נמוכה עם וו לישה  נלוש  30  דקות.

אל דאגה,  זה אמנם דליל אבל יהיה בסדר.

כעבור 30 דקות, תוך כדיי לישה מוסיפים את השמרים והסוכר וממתינים 5 דקות, לאחר החמש דקות הללו מוסיפים את כף המלח, מגבירים את מהירות המיקסר להכי גבוהה לתת לעבוד עוד 5 דקות..

סה"כ זה עובד במיקסר 40 דקות.

לאחר 40  דקות מכבים את המיקסר. שופכים את הבצק שהוא די דליל לתוך קערה גדולה ומשומנת בשמן. מכסים בניילון נצמד ומעל רדיד אלומיניום ומכניסים למקרר ל-5 שעות.

חשוב מידי פעם להציץ שלא יגלוש לתוך המקרר. בפעם הראשונה שהכנתי זה קרה לי. נזק מטורף למצרכים.

בקיצור כעבור 5 שעות, מדליקים תנור על הכי גבוה שיש לכם. 250 עד 300 מעלות.

מחממים יחד עם תבנית התנור או אם יש אבן פיצה זה עדיף.

בנתיים מכינים, את הבצק,  קערת שמן לשמן את הידיים לעבודה נעימה עם הבצק, מברשת, שמן זית  ואת כל מה שצריך להכנת הפוקצות

כשהגיע לחום המקסימלי. משמנים את התבנית או את אבן הפיצה. מוזגים מהבצק לגודל המתאים. מותחים עם האצבעות לצדדים. מברישים  עם שמן זית, מפזרים שומשום / אחר.

ומכניסים לתנור עד להזהבה יפה.

מוציאים ומעבירים לרשת שלא יתחיל להזיע.

כך מכינים את כל הפוקצ'ות.

ומתענגים על כל ביס.
