2 כוסות סוכר

כוס וחצי שמן

3 כוסות חלב

כפית תמצית ווניל

3 כפות אינסטנט פודינג ווניל

3 כוסות קמח תופח מנופה

כוס וחצי אבקת שקדים

כוס וחצי סולת

מעט חמאה לשמן את התבנית

200 גרם שקדים שלמים קלופים או חצויים לעיטור מעל העוגה

אופן ההכנה פשוט, רק חשוב להכניס את הפרודוקטים לפי הסדר:

8 ביצים מופרדות.

את החלבונים להקציף עם כוס סוכר שנכניס לאט לאט תוך כדיי הקצפה.

לאחר שקיבלנו קצפת יציבה נכניס פנימה את החלמונים

לאט לאט תוך כדיי הקצפה.

כשהקצפת הופכת צהבהבה וחלקה נכניס פנימה כוס וחצי שמן ונמשיך להקציף.

כעת נוסיף פנימה 3 כוסות חלב  ונמשיך להקציף.

עכשיו נוסיף פנימה לבלילה החלקה שלנו כפית תמצית ווניל ונמשיך להקציף.

בשלב הזה מוסיפים שלוש כפות אינסטנט פודינג ווניל וממשיכים להקציף.

כשהאינסטנט נבלע בבלילה מכניסים פנימה 3 כוסות קמח תופח מנופה וממשיכים בהקצפה.

עכשיו נכניס לבלילה כוס אבקת שקדים טחון דק דק.

ותוך כדיי הקצפה נוסיף כוס וחצי סולת.

ושוב נמשיך להקציף.

נוסיף כוס סוכר ונקציף.

(אם הבלילה סמיכה מידיי נוסיף חצי כוס או כוס  חלב)

כעת כשהבלילה חלקה ונעימה.

נכסה.

ניקח תבנית בקוטר "26

נשמן עם חמאה טוב טוב.

ניצק פנימה את הבלילה.

נפזר מעל שקדים קלופים (שלמים או חצויים- בכל מקרה לא קלויים)

ונכניס לתנור שחומם מראש על 160 מעלות למשך שעה ורבע.

כעבור שעה ורבע נכניס שיפוד עץ לוודא שיוצא יבש.

נוציא מהתנור ונצנן לטמפרטורת החדר.

נחלוץ מהתבנית

נבזוק אבקת סוכר
