נוסיף את המוסטיקא המומסת במים

את השמן, המים והביצים ונלוש  8 דקות בלי הפסקה.

נוציא את הבצק, נניח על משטח עבודה מקומח

נכסה עם מגבת וניתן לנוח כשעה.

כעבור שעה נלוש מעט בידיים את גוש הבצק ונוציא אוויר כלוא

נשמן את הידיים בשמן ונגלגל נחשים דקים שמהם ניצור עיגולים בגודל הכעך הרצוי.

נניח כל כעך על נייר אפייה בתבנית.

בנתיים נחמם את התנור על 180 מעלות.

כשנמלא תבנית נכניס לתנור לעשרים דקות עד הזהבה בהירה.

נוציא נניח על רשת. נמתין כמה שעות שיתקררו לגמרי גם מבפנים ונכניס לצנצנת זכוכית אטומה.

נגיש עם כוס תה להתענג על טעמים מבית סבתא
