כדורים לבנים –  עננים מתוקים

להכנת 25 כדורי פיצוחים מתוקים עם מרקם מיוחד צריך להכין:

2 כוסות פיצוחים מעורבים– פקאן, שקדים ופיסטוקים קלופים.

300 גרם חמאה מומסת

3/4 כוס אבקת סוכר (בהמשך נזדקק לעוד 3 כוסות)

כפית  תמצית ווניל

2.5 כוסות קמח

הכנה:

ראשית נרסק את הפיצוחים  לקבלת תערובת פיצוחים לא גסה אבל גם לא אבקה.

לאחר שגרסנו אותה וקבלנו תערובת כמו שאנו רוצים.

נקלה אותם במחבת  / ווק עד קבלת הזהבה קלה ביותר.

נוציא ונניח בצד.

לקערה  נקיה נכניס את החמאה המומסת, כפית תמצית ווניל ו-3/4 כוס אבקת סוכר.

נלוש בידיים טוב טוב עד קבלת מרקם חלק.

כעת נוסיף את הקמח ונערבב כל הזמן עד שנקבל בצק לא דביק  ונעים.

נוסיף לבצק את תערובת הפיצוחים ונערבב טוב טוב שהכל יקבל מרקם אחיד. אמור להתקבל  מרקם של פלסטלינה מעט קשה.

עכשיו עוצרים רגע והולכים לחמם את התנור על 200 מעלות.

בנתיים לוקחים תבנית מרופדת בנייר אפייה וקורצים מהבצק כדורים קטנים וחמודים. ( בערך בגודל של כדור פינג פונג)

מסדרים אותם יפה בתבנית ומכניסים לתנור החם.

משהו כמו 18 דקות וזה מזהיב ומוכן.

עכשיו לוקחים קערה ושופכים לתוכה שלוש כוסות אבקת סוכר מנופה.

כשכדורי הפיצוחים יוצאים מהתנור כשהם עדין חמים נגלגל כל כדור בקערת אבקת הסוכר ונניח בצד (לא אחד על השני)

כך נכין את כולם וניתן לזה שעה מנוחה להתקרר.

כשמתקררים החמודים שלנו. מכניסים אחד אחד שוב לקערת אבקת הסוכר ומצפים שוב כל כדור באבקת סוכר ומניחים יפה אחד ליד השני.

כעת ניתן כבר לטעום אבל הטעם המושלם מגיע כעבור שלוש / ארבע שעות.
