עוגיות פיסטוק, בצק פריך עם שכבת פיסטוק.

קראנצ’י ופריך ברמות ממכרות..

להכנת הבצק פריך:

לקערת המיקסר מכניסים:

חמאה רכה – 200 גרם

3/4  כוס סוכר

ועם וו גיטרה נלוש לחיבור החמאה והסוכר

 

להוסיף 2 ביצים

ושוב לערבב להטמעת הביצים בחמאה ותוך כדיי ערבוב מוסיפים כף  גרידת לימון.

מוסיפים 1/2 3 כוסות קמח מנופה

3 כפות אינסטנט ווניל

כף אבקת אפייה ומערבבים

לאחר דקה וחצי מוסיפים רבע כוס שמן

מערבבים שוב

ומפסיקים ללוש.

מכדררים את הבצק לכדור, עוטפים בניילון נצמד ומכניסים למקרר ל- 45 דקות.

בנתיים עוברים לגרוס את הפיסטוקים.

במעבד מזון / מיקסר / מג’ימיקס. גורסים 300 גרם פיסטוק לא קלוי לגרגרים גסים ומניחים בצד.

כעבור 45 דקות מוציאים את הבצק מהמקרר. ומסירים את הניילון הנצמד.

על משטח עבודה מניחים  2 ניירות אפייה ומעליהם מניחים את הבצק ומעל הבצק נייר אפייה  נוסף.

מרדדים עם מערוך לגודל נייר האפייה.

מסירים את נייר האפייה העליון ומעבירים לתבנית.

עם סכין חדה בעדינות חותכים את קצוות הבצק לגודל התבנית.

ללא שיעלה על דפנות התבנית.

מברישים את הבצק עם ביצה טרופה ונגיעת מלח.

מפזרים בנדיבות  את הפיסטוק שגרסנו.

חוצים עם סכין חדה ומסמנים קוביות בגודל העוגיות הרצויות.

מכניסים לתנור שחומם מראש על 180 מעלות ל- 25 דקות או עד להזהבה של העוגיות.

כשמוכן, מוציאים מהתנור ועוברים עם סכין על החיתוכים שחתכנו.

מצננים מעט ומגישים.

אפשר לשמור גם שבוע בצנצנת זכוכית אטומה, אבל רק לאחר שממש התקררו לטמפרטורת החדר.

זה מסוג הנישנושים שמשלבים מליחות עדינה עם מתיקות פריכה. באמת שממכר ושווה כל רגע מההכנה.
