באגט לוהט ומושלם.

שומעים את זה בכל ביס…..

בחיי שהכי קל בעולם.

להכנת 6 באגטים נדירים יש צורך בהתפחה של 24 שעות.

לכן מכינים יום קודם ואז….בובובוווווווום. מפציצים עם באגט של השלמות !!!

בלי הפרדות, בלי מיקסרים ובלי ביצים.

יאללה מתחילים.

לקערה מכניסים:

קילו קמח לבן

כף שמרים יבשים

2   כפות מלח

כף סילאן

5 כוסות מים

לערבב טוב  בידיים ( זה בסדר שזה דביק )

לכסות בניילון נצמד, מעל הניילון לסגור נייר אלומיניום ולמקרר ל- 24 שעות

כעבור 24 שעות.

מוציאים מהמקרר, מקמחים משטח עבודה

מניחים את הבצק לאורך בצורת גליל. מגלגלים אותו שיהיה מכוסה כולו בקמח.

פורסים ל-6 חתיכות, מכדררים כל חתיכה ומניחים בצד.

לוקחים כדור, מרדדים למלבן כשהצד הרחב לכיוון שלנו.

מקפלים למעלה  עד 2/3 שליש ואת השליש העליון מעל כמו מעטפה.

מגלגלים ל"נחש"

ומניחים בתבנית מרופדת בנייר אפייה. לאחר שהכנו והנחנו את כולם בתבנית, לוקחים סכין חדה מורחים אותה במעט שמן או מים ומעבירים חיתוכים עדינים באלכסון על הבאגטים לקבלת צורת הבאגט המקורי.

מחממים תנור ל-220 מעלות.

לוקחים שתי תבניות אינגליש קייק, שמים בכל אחת מהן כמה קוביות קרח ומניחים בתחתית התנור.

את תבנית הבאגטים שמים במרכז התנור.

אופים כחצי שעה עד הזהבה יפה של הבאגטים.

מוציאים, מעבירים לרשת כדי שלא "יזיעו"

בוצעים או פורסים להתענג עם באגט לוהט.

הולך עם כל דבר…..פשוט חלום.

אגב כשטרי לאחר שהגיע לטמפרטורת החדר, ניתן להקפיא כשהוא עטוף בניילון נצמד, חודש ואף יותר.

כשמוציאים מההקפאה, מרטיבים עם מעט מים ומכניסים לתנור לעשר דקות יוצא מושלם כאילו עכשיו הכנו אותו.
